My name is Lauren Kaltenmark, and I am an illustrator and surface designer based in Indianapolis, Indiana. My work blends color and texture with playful narratives and vibrant energy, aiming to connect people and bring stories to life through art.

I graduated Cum Laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Illustration.

Sixteen years on the golf course taught me focus, discipline, and the balance between precision and creativity—skills that continue to shape my approach to illustration. I specialize in crafting work that inspires connection, whether for branding, publications, or personal projects.

Growing up in the Midwest, I was a curious and imaginative kid who loved storytelling and daydreaming. Today, I channel that same sense of wonder into visuals that spark emotion and invite people into playful, engaging worlds.
